To cook or not to cook? that’s actually not the question!!
How do you want the people you are cooking for feel? In my case I love the process as much as the results! I feel happy when I am in the kitchen as well as I am sharing food with friends and family!
But some times we have to have some trick under the sleeve to get pass trough the day, so here it you’ll find some tricks I used when cooking.
I love tarts, quiches specially savory! and I can do really easy my dough, it doesn’t take that long! but I have to confess that making puff pastry it’s really long! and there are some days I just don’t have the energy! that is why I have always a frozen puff pastry rolled dough and a normal dough also in the freezer! when I get home and I haven’t planned dinner yet or I get guests and had a rough day, I just take out the rolled dough from the freezer and put together the ingredients!!
